Very attentive to GF. It is a shared kitchen and they make best efforts. I was happy with their attn to detail. They were very clear on risks of cross contamination and then very careful to avoid.

Always a good breakfast or lunch since Sonny has gluten-free bread and can toast it on the grill which he keeps separate. I’ve eaten there many times and you get a great meal and I have never been glutened.

Just ask for sonny who is the owner/cook. Let him know you have celiac and he will make sure your food is cooked Ona cleaned surface. Also they have gluten free bread! Cheesy grits are delicious along with everything on the menu ! Really delicious breakfast dinner food but with the knowledge of knowing and trusting the cook because he is amazing and also is the owner!

The best GF French Toast I've ever had! On nice thick GF bread!
No more diners for me. The food was good, but even though I ordered nothing with gluten, their grill is clearly contaminated by pancakes and French toast.
