Pretty good, especially if you are eating with people who are not GF. All sauces are GF and all meats. They do not have GF buns. But fry’s and potato salad are GF.

It tends to be dry. It can be hit or miss. Sum sauces are gluten free.

Warning the allergen menu says the sauces are GF. However, when I called was told all Sauces had Gluten. We got all meats with no sauce and the only sides gluten free were corn, broccoli, and coleslaw. That said the meat was very Smokey and flavorful without the sauce and the corn was really great.

They have a menu that specifies the items that have gluten in them. I spoke with the waitress and she helped me find some delicious options. There are tons of items to get here that don't contain gluten. Meats/entrees, sides, big dinner salads, etc. Also, she marked it on the ticket that I was GF without me even asking and she even mentioned that she would have staff change gloves and she would personally check on my food to make sure it was safe. I was very impressed with her level of concern even though I didn't make a big deal of it at the table.

Note: double check the gluten items, because even their green beans say they contain gluten. I wouldn't have thought that, so I was glad I checked. I ordered pulled pork bbq, baked sweet potato, broccoli, and coleslaw. Also, ask for Grace. She's is the most amazing waitress and you won't regret sitting in her section!

This is a chicken and rib place. If you look up their menu they have tons of gluten-free options. All their sauces except for one or gluten-free.
