I dont know how safe it is. There is definitely some cross contamination but it’s unbelievably good pizza.

They have a gluten free pasta option that they will substitute for any of the pastas, but I got a bit sick after eating here - not the worst I’ve had but definitely upset stomach

Ordered gluten free pasta and server confirmed that it would be cooked in clean water and precautions would be followed. A little uneasy about the fact that I was initially offered gf pizza initially when I explained I was celiac even though the server said that it would be baked on the same surface as non gf pizzas. Had to explain that unfortunately there can be 0 cross contamination.

Pizza not celiac safe, unfortunately. Cooked on the same flour-covered surface as the non GF pizzas. I had been previously told it was celiac-safe, but was recently informed by a server that it’s definitely not. Maybe in the future they’ll have a no CC process so good to check in.

They do have GF pasta, though!

Absolutely delicious GF Pizza and pasta. I have eaten there several times since being diagnosed with celiac disease and it might be my #1 fave place to eat now!!

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had. Staff were friendly and made sure they identified which items are gluten free and celiac friendly. Highly recommend!
