The staff is very knowledgeable about food sensitivities, as well as cross contamination. On top of that, the food is insanely delicious. The Capellacci is an absolute must! I’m quite sensitive to cross contamination and have never been sick from here. I’ve always felt very confident in the staff’s ability to accommodate.

Sotto isn’t only great Italian food, it’s also great gluten-free Italian food! The staff is so accommodating!! If you’re looking for a really nice dinner where you can enjoy delicious food without worrying whether you’ll get sick - this is the place you should go! Well worth every penny!

Extremely accommodating experience. When placing the reservation they asked for any allergies and server and staff were prepared. They provide a separate gluten free menu and reviewed all options in detail. Enjoyed multiple courses including a gluten free mousse dessert.

Awesome atmosphere! Pasta is real and has great flavor. We had 3 different gluten free dishes, a cheese appitizer and 2 gluten free desserts.

Sotto was super accommodating and knowledgeable on Celiac disease/GF dishes. They have an entire gluten free menu with excellent options. Also the chef sent our waitress back out to inform me of a few other dishes that could be made GF!
