Soular is a fantastic pizzeria and grill in the small town of Waterloo, WI. While we operate in a kitchen that uses a lot of pizza flour, we have gluten free options available for our customers and take considerable care preparing food for customers with allergies. please let us know if you are ordering GF due to an allergy or lifestyle choice. Any sandwich can be ordered on gluten free bread or buns, and we have gluten free fries available..although we only have space for a single fryer. We offer a 10" GF pizza at the price of our 12" regular pizza. We are a four-star certified Green Restaurant and offer produce from our on-site gardens in season.
