Sound Seafood is phenomenal!! I had the gluten free lobster roll and the Manhattan Clam Chowder. Both were incredible!! So fresh and full of flavor. I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful owners. They are so dedicated to making this a celiac safe destination, having taken courses, created dedicated fryers, workspaces, clearly marked utensils, etc. I’m looking forward to going back and trying more items very soon.

Just had lunch here! They had some indoor seating with stools and tables and chairs outside for dining when it warms up. The gluten free lobster roll was amazing and over stuffed and came with coleslaw and fries, everything made safe gluten free and delicious. The Manhattan clam chowder was so fresh as well. All soups gluten free. They are selling thin pounded gluten free chicken cutlets, they looked amazing so I took one to go. They are individually sealed in a refrigerated section to help avoid any cross contamination. Shrimp Scampi entrees with gf pasta sold in that section as well as fried flounder. Sushi looked great and lots of options! Great separate gf menu. The owner was so nice, what a great new spot!

Finally a place where we can enjoy lobster rolls and fish and chips safely. Dedicated fryer and knowledgeable owner and staff. The fish and seafood are as fresh as it gets. We have had the crab cakes, the spicy Halibites, the fish and chips and the fried clams.

We loved our meals tonight. We ordered calamari, shrimp and chips and Halibites. The food was delicious. Such a treat to have GF fried food. We can’t wait to try the lobster rolls and crab cakes. I have celiac and very symptomatic - 0 issues. Such a treat, thank you Sounded Seafood!!

WHAT A GEM!!! Sound Seafood is an amazing new addition to the area. It’s a fish market that has an amazing selection of prepared foods and sushi. The owner explained that the seafood can be cooked to order and everything on the menu can be made gluten free - including all of the fried seafood dishes. GF foods are prepared in a dedicated area in the kitchen and fried in a dedicated fryer. We just tried it for the first time tonight and everything was AMAZING. We had the lobster roll, fisherman’s platter (fried cod, scallops and shrimp), Manhattan Clam Chowder and steamed little neck clams. Can’t wait to go back and try more.
