The owner, Kevin, is very knowledgable about what has gluten in it, and he is happy to modify ANY sandwich to be gluten free (he'll put it on a bed of lettuce and make it a salad. May I reccomend the pork "sandwich" on a salad - pork, onions, goat cheese, and berries. I'm drooling.

While not specifically listed as gluten free, many of the soups offered daily are gluten free. Because it is a small family-owned restaurant and everything is made from scratch, they know exactly what goes into each soup so there is no doubt or uncertainty. They are very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable, and the soup is delicious. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well, for those so inclined. A+ for service and taste both.
