All burgers and fries are gluten free only thing cooked in the fryers are fries. They have gluten free buns and a dedicated toaster for the buns. The buns are by Oh Dough's they don't crumble or fall apart they taste good. They change there gloves with out even asking and will get you all fresh toppings from the bottom unopened containers. The burgers are hormone antibiotic free great quality meat some where fast to grab a greasy bit.
