They have dedicated GF muffins, bread, and some desserts. Items are not marked, so be careful of cross-contamination.

Beautiful cafe but be careful with the GF baked goods. I read a lot of comments before coming saying that this bakery had a separate section for GF baked goods. While they did have a separate section, that didn’t mean everything in that section was gluten free. It was a separate section for GF and vegan baked goods. Only the muffins and brownies were essentially gluten free and I’m not sure about cross contamination since it was with the vegan stuff. Delicious but be careful!

Southern Grounds is my absolute favorite stop for a almond milk latte and Vegan/GF Blackberry Chocolate Chip Muffin! I have tried multiple locations and the staff is always so helpful!

Great food. Lots of GF options in the bakery (muffins, scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls) and many delicious eye popping GF options on the breakfast and lunch menu. But you have to ask, GF options are not marked on the menu. The GF bakery items are marked in the bakery case that is shared with the non GF bakery items. Also check out the smaller but cozier and perhaps slightly tastier and more consistent San Marco location. Parking is tough at both locations. Ask questions, as usual, of the staff.
