I went to the lunch time buffet and the staff there had no idea what gluten was. Told me the whole buffet was gluten free, but the naan bread and battered fried items begged to differ. I decided to leave instead of eat.
I heard that they had a lunchtime buffet, so I decided to try it. It is owned by a couple, so I explained to her that I was gluten intolerant, and she took me to the buffet and pointed out all of the foods that contained gluten. There were 16 different foods on the buffet, not counting sauces and sides, and I couldn't have 3 of them, which still left a wide variety for me to taste. She even told me that if I called her (the day before or even early that day), she would make me some gluten-free naan bread, as long as I give her enough time to prepare it. She acknowledged it wouldn't be quite the same, but pretty good, she said. The food was wonderful, with a variety of spices and sauces that I could have. They offer the buffet during lunches for the weekday and weekend, and a regular menu in the evenings.
