Hands down the best restaurant in the Kennett Square / Unionville area. My wife and I love it for date nights. It can be expensive but worth it. Sovana offers plenty of marked gluten-free options. My favorite is the homemade gluten free fettucine pasta with wild boar bolognese. The GF pizza is also excellent.

First visit and I had a delicious cup of soup and salad - both GF. The host cautioned me to steer away from anything prepared near their pizza station due to wheat flour remaining suspended in the air.

Everything was delicious. Home made gf pizza and pasta as well as homemade gf pita to get with all the boards. The server was very well informed and everything on the menu was clearly labeled gf. The waiter also told me to just ask and he can pretty much make anything on the menu gf. I went with my parents who are not celiac and we shared all gf foods and they said you wouldn’t even be able to tell the difference. Amazing food and amazing experience

This place is amazing—I have never gotten an exposure here over dozens of meals. Unfortunately they had a fire in early 2020 and are temporarily closed. It’s such a loss, there’s nowhere else in the area like it.

We came here for lunch before visiting Long Wood Gardens. Based on reviews I had the margarita pizza. It was very good! We enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant and gluten free bread!! Wish I lived closer we would be regulars!

Was pleased to have choices! I have celiac and read reviews of this restaurant on find me gf. server was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered gf pasta and he brought me gf bread. Bring own wine. it was delicious!

my friend and I went for gluten free pizza because we both have celiac disease. we ordered one without dairy. When the order arrived both pizzas had cheese. The waiter was very apologetic and said he would get a new pizza right away. We were pretty disappointed until he came right back with a beautiful salad to eat while we waited for the pizza. the new pizza came out shortly and it was delicious! We were really pleased to have such good service but were blown away when the waiter said the salad and pizza were on the house since they made the mistake! What a great experience!

Some knowledgeable staff, some not so much. There's no separate menu and the menu I had didn't designate what was gluten free. However, many items are gluten free!

In addition to being an excellent all around restaurant, it is probably one of the most celiac friendly in the Kennett Square/West Chester area. Super knowledgable staff and a from-scratch kitchen that is more than willing to meet your allergy needs. And the last time I was there they had added an extensive cider list to match their wine list. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful food, VERY gf friendly, EVERY waiter/waitress is knowledgeable about gf needs and also knows the restaurant dishes and what can be adjusted or is automatically gf. The staff communicates with each other so even the accessory wait staff is knowledgeable and acts correctly for gf needs ( ex. -they don't automatically place a bread basket in front of you). They do not have gf bread or pizza crusts, but they more than make up for this with their lovely safe delicious gf entrees and appetizers.I usu bring a few rice crackers w me in case I want to nibble; this restaurant is better than some that offer gf bread. Whenever I am near this area, I try to stop over at this restaurant, even if I have to go out of my way to do so. Thats how good the food and staff are.
