I always ask for gf soy sauce and have always felt good. Great food.

Management staff are very knowledgeable. Some dishes are entirely gluten free and other items just need modification. I order the Pad Ke Mao (drunken noodles) and ask that they use gluten free soy sauce. It’s delicious and I’ve never felt I’ll afterwards.

Totally not gluten friendly. A few minutes into eating my meal I could feel the nerve pain shooting up my legs and down my arms that good ol’ gluten loves to grace me with me with, along with major stomach cramps and a lovely headache. Tasty food, awesome customer service, but sadly I have to scratch this place off my list of safe places for me to eat :(

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have a lot of gluten free options and the food tatses great.

Amazing food and very accommodating to a GF allergy. All curries are gluten free and the chicken red Thai curry is awesome.
Lots of delicious GF options. there is no dedicated GF menu, but if you explain that you are avoiding gluten they can let you know which menu items are safe. I've eaten at Soybean many times and have never gotten sick.

Yummy had the pad Thai with shrimp!

I love Soybean - great food. they have GF soy sauce available and will tell you what's safe or not. However, whoever wrote that note below about GF spring rolls, that is *not* true. The spring rolls do contain wheat. Talk to Peter, the owner, for more info.
Curry is great, green papaya salad fantastic, and ground chicken broken rice salad to die for. Eat here!
Servers vary in knowledge level but can help and their Thai peanut sauce salad dressing is gluten free!
