One of the best gluten free pizzas I have had. Cooked perfectly.
We drove by this place several times and when we finally stopped I couldn't believe it! Besides being adorable, they have gluten free pizza and the fresh cut fries did not make me sick! They did warn me that the fries are cooked in the same oil as everything else. I ordered sweet potato fries but also tried the regular fries of of my husband plate. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with no bread, it was delicious!! Great place to go in the area where every other restaurant has little to no choice for celiacs.
This place was a great accidental find! They have a surprisingly large menu with the option of gluten free pasta and gluten free pizza crust. I got the pastrami pizza on the best homemade gluten free crust I think I’ve ever had. So good! Despite sitting outside on the patio, our service was fast and attentive. I would highly recommend Sparky’s!
