All the ice cream bases are gluten free! You choose between regular ice cream, custard, sugar free, lactose free, vegan, and low fat. Then you add a flavor, then mix-ins. We skipped mix-ins due to our own cross-contamination concerns from being in similar situations in the past. It didn't detract from the experience at all! They freeze the ice cream on the spot in front of you using nitrogen. It is very unique - have never seen anything quite like it. We thought we were just getting gluten free ice cream, but got a whole experience. As for the comment that staff was rude below, I disagree. They were real, honest, and not sugarcoating things. I asked if the nitrogen froz their hands and they said yes but it was fine. If I were the owner of this business I would really try to find some way to put more distance between the nitro cold thing and the employees' hands.
All ice creams are gluten free and they have some dairy free and lactose free options.
