Mostly vegan cafe with some occasional gluten free options for fresh baked goods. Has limited selection of prepackaged GF. The Gluten free is in a case with the vegan treats, so risk of cross contamination is very high. They have a play room upstairs that you need to spend $15 to use, or spend $30 in store and can only use for one hour. Very small amount of seating outside.

Review
Vegan (and GF) Dream! This amazing cafe and grocer is packed with pantry items, frozen goods, baked treats and coffee.
They carry a good selection of know GF/vegan brands and also items from Vancouver’s Gluten Free Epicurean. Bonus they also often host food trucks outside!
Lovely staff, nice layout, easy parking.
Highly recommend, will definitely go again.
