I have been here twice before leaving a review and both experiences have been great. They can make every item on the menu gluten free except one beef dish. I have had the pad Thai twice as well as sushi and did not get contaminated either time. The first time, the pad Thai came in a big wonton and I was scared the whole dish was ruined. The waitress took my plate back to the chef and it turns out they used gluten free flour to make the wonton. However, I’m not sure if they used a different fryer I just requested no wonton and they remade my whole dish. Staff seems very knowledgeable, sometimes service can be a little slow but there is a huge variety of food for us to try. And they give you GF soy sauce with sushi
