It took a little while to get the answers to questions (didn't quite understand the dedicated fryer question) but ultimately the burgers are GF, cooked on separate area from where buns are toasted. They offer a lettuce wrap, no GF buns, and no dedicated fryer so you have to substitute fruit cup in place of french fries. The burgers are really tasty and I enjoy eating there.
