Owner/staff knowleadgeable about gluten, said everything on the menu could be made gluten-free, except for the noodles and bread. They have a lot of options. But be prepared for some indian spice (i wasn't prepared for it, and couldn't eat the whole plate), if you like it though, you should absolutely check this place.

The manager here was really sweet. He did ask me a lot of questions when I showed my gluten allergy card, which made me feel better. I stuck to green curry which he assured me would be fine and it was. It’s not a place I would be too experimental at, but if you’re in the area looking for food you will probably be ok here with some communication.

This is the restaurant inside the Siam Champs Elyseesi Unique Hotel where I stayed. They are open continuously from 7 am to 8:30 pm. After many incredulous looks (even being turned away) trying to eat out with my gluten-free card in Bangkok, it turned out my own hotel's restaurant was a little gem. I showed them my card and they were all very helpful. I know for sure their green curry, pad thai, coconut soup (tom yum) and stir fried pork with basil were all safe when I tried them. Their restaurant was often pretty empty during hours like 2 or 3, but they'd fire up the kitchen just for us. Their manager was a really sweet guy and spoke good English. Not the fastest food, but everything was tasty and safe, and the prices seemed reasonable. The hotel is a bit hidden off a side street of the Democracy Monument. Such a lifesaver on our trip! Thank you, Spicies.
