The food wasn’t that good. They have many gluten free options but I’m not sure how safe they are about cross contamination. Staff seemed a little dismissive about my allergy
Great food, big portions, delicious coffee! There was a bit of a wait but having been in the restaurant business I know what it’s like when the midday rush starts. Worth a stop for food, it’s delicious! Omelettes are gluten free and tasty!
GF bagels here! Great coffee and a lot of seating options. Never disappoints. Highly recommend.

They have gluten free buns that they can use for any sandwich. Not sure about contamination.
They take the precautions. Change gloves. Line the toaster and offer gluten-free breads and wraps I was nervous so I didn't get anything with bread But the omelet was Amazing and came with berries and salad for the side. My Son has oatmeal Their granola was not gluten-free
They have great gluten free options, sometimes a few things in the bakery window. But I like the special Mike sandwhich for breakfast! Just make sure you tell them NO PLANT PROTEIN on it bc it has gluten. They have gf wraps, bread, and pizza. I have also had the grilled cheese which is amazing and the chicken pesto sandwhich! The staff is friendly. Just make sure you question things like the plant protein bc I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask.
They did not have any gluten free specific items when I went. The woman at the register said they “sometimes” have gluten free buns. I ended up getting an omelet without bread that was ok and a fruit cup with half the fruit gone bad. I would say the only thing I had worth writing about was the coffee which was delicious. Looking at the dates of other reviews I’m guessing things have changed in the past few years.
Used to be safe, not anymore since switching their straws. Beware
