The sauce (all of them) are now gluten free. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
My wife was able to enjoy some really good BBQ, but watch out for the chopped beef that has the BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce is not gluten free so bring your own.
Meat, potatoes, steamed veggies, and fruit! All tasty. They have breads that must be avoided but the other choices are very good for folks who know what items may or may not contain wheat/gluten! Great staff willing to work with us and make our visit enjoyable!
We’ve eaten at a Spring Creek before and had no problems. This time they didn’t know what gluten was or what to do. I opted to not eat here after talking with multiple staff members and just had a water while my family ate.

Excellent. My wife is celiac and also deadly allergic to the slightest whiff of dairy. They know really know their ingredients and my wife has never had any problems in the 3 or 4 times we’ve been there. It’s one of the 3 places she can safely eat. The food is AMAZING.

I called ahead and asked about their GF options. I was assured on the phone to let the person at the front know I was eating GF. They switch gloves ,brought out a new cutting board, knife and a fresh brisket. It was awesome! I am prett sensitive and did not get sick!
