I've heard great things about this bakery so I decided to check it because I read they have gluten free, well....they have A gluten free cupcake which is red velvet. The cupcake itself wasn't bad at all, the lack of selection won't bring me back. The girl who grabbed the cupcakes (I ordered a non gluten free as well) touch the non gluten free first before going in the back (she put on a glove) and touch the door with her glove and grabbing the other. I'd never do that regardless of what I was grabbing, to me it's more common sense and sanitary. I'd recommend if you aren't gluten free, but would check elsewhere if you don't want red velvet.
The cookie and the red velvet cupcake was delicious. But beware if you have celiac. Cross contamination. I got so sick within 30 min my stomach was the size of a balloon I barely made it thru the movies. When I got home, my stomach was rumbling and I was vomiting. I know it was the baked good because I specifically went to the grove for their gluten free items and did not eat anything else. I was terribly sick.
Only have one choice "red velvet ", not my favorite but was delicious couldn't tell it was gluten free. Also they recently started offering a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie. While a little steep in price three dollars I think? Was a delicious cookie and worth getting. Overall a great place to stop if you're in the mood for something sweet.
Was super excited to get my free birthday cupcake from Sprinkles, since they have multiple gluten free flavors to choose from! However I got a terrible stomach ache right after eating one, so I do not think these cupcakes are celiac safe. If you’re not sensitive to cross contact, they taste pretty good for being gluten free!
