Review

I read the previous reviews and they may have raised my expectations too high. You can go to my account and notice I don't review much due to reviews being correct pretty much all the time but I feel like I need to for this one. The place was a true experience between the historical feel and the ability to see the brewery through glass walls. But the previous reviewers of this establishment hyped it up way too much in my opinion. The staff that we encountered were super nice and it was a pleasant eating experience but the gluten free pizza is where they lose on rating for me. The pizza was spongy to eat, not fluffy. All the toppings were the best part but they kept falling off so we had to eat it with a fork and knife. A 13 inch pepperoni pizza was $20. It may have been a one time bad experience but I also got sick from here as well. I have eaten many gluten free pizzas in my time of knowing I had Celiac disease and honestly I'd put this one down at the bottom of my gluten free pizza experiences. I'm sure their regular pizza is amazing, it looked great but as far as gluten free goes.. I would definitely work on it some more.
