Went there for dinner and got pad Thai, awesome place, very good food. They quickly confirmed it was gluten free and I did not get sick

I was impressed how knowledgable the waitress was about gluten free. I asked if I can have pad Thai gluten free and she said they were able to do that easily. She said I was unable to get the skewers because they pre-make the sauce with soy sauce already in it. The food was delicious and I did not get sick.
