I attended a private tasting with a small group that consisted of a number of small dishes to pair with the wines. The menu was typed up, so it was easy to identify what had gluten. The chef and kitchen staff went above and beyond to make adjustments to each dish so that I could try everything, and they were knowledgeable about the ingredients and cross contamination. They put up with my asking a thousand questions before and after receiving each new dish, and I felt confident joining my friends in the meal! Note: we gave them prior notice so they could prepare for my needs ahead of time.
