Pancakes a little stodgy and gluey, toppings were delicious and servers were kind! May have just been an off batch. I've not felt any gluten symptoms, so if you need a gluten free meal at GLA instead of loading up on protein bars like i often do, this may be the ticket.

I ordered the breakfast stack and asked for gluten free. They asked to check if it was a preference or an allergy.

From eating at this franchise I know the GF pancakes are lovely and light. Unfortunately on this occasion they were sticky and dense, my wooden knife broke trying to cut them.
