Stacks Pancake House & Cafe

Stacks is "kind of" gluten free. During one visit I asked for gluten free batter for my pancakes and they responded with "we ran out the other day and my boss hasn't had time to by more but I can give you whole wheat pancake batter if you want." During ither visits when they did have the gluten free batter available they were delicious.

Make sure you get gf. My friend and I ordered the same thing, but he got regular pancakes and mine were gf. I think our orders were switched, because I got sick later. The pancakes were good though... but I thinks it's because they weren't gf.
