Went into stacks this morning and asked if they still had gluten free pancakes and waffles due to no longer seeing it on the menu. They said they no longer make them. Was so sad and disappointed!
Update June 2022- went back after living abroad 4 years abd still tasty gf pancakes and they promised to prepare on clean surface and utensils. I didn't get sick. My husband didn't like the eggs and breakfast he ordered as much as he used to, though!
It's so good, there is a line on weekends, haven't tried weekday. The banana gf pancakes are to die for. Yummy bacon, too. The menu lists stuff that's gluten free, but you have to tell them about your 'allergy' so they use clean prep. The cook came out to table and talked me thru the prep, without prompting. Delicious, didn't get sick. Went back.
They cook pancakes on same grill with gluten pancakes and refuse to use separate pan.

Didn't have any GF items in stick when I ordered. Wasn't able to have pancakes. The bacon and eggs were delicious though and the price was very reasonable.
Good food but by their own statement not celiac friendly, and if you're also did there is milk powder in the gf pancake flour mix. Helpful staff and reasonably priced.
Superb gf pancakes! Dietary gf only, not for celiacs. Try the coconut syrup!!
these are the best gluten free pancakes I've ever had and despite others saying they weren't "really" gluten free, I had no bad reaction.
This place is not celiac friendly. I went and the manager refused to cook me a pancake in a seperate pan. She said that they are only gluten free for diet purposes. It isn't really gluten free if they are cooking in the same pan.
Best gluten free pancakes anywhere! You wouldn't even guess that they were GF. They even come in chocolate chip and blueberry (other flavors too).
Don't cook gluten free pancakes separate. all on same grill with wheat... not gf. they do have gf oatmeal.
Friendly people, mellow vibe, and PANCAKES that are delicious. Make sure if u get an omlette you let them know you are gluten free because they add pancake batter to fluffen it up.
