We chose our own wine and cheese. Staff was incredibly careful about wearing gloves during prep and offering garnsihes that are Certified GF. Had a fantastic, safe time with friends!

Really good salads, soup and sandwiches. We get the burgers no bun. The minestrone is now made without noodles.

Grill staff is not very knowledgeable but they try. Ask to speak with manager and you should be okay. They will put eggs Benedict on GF toast if you ask!

I put "no" on the celiac friendly below as their prepared food options are NOT celiac-safe. However, their grocery store options are safe for celiacs as they are prepared at the manufacturer and you can decide from there (Udis, Sweet Alis, Hain Celestial, Ancient Harvest, are all brands that they carry).

3 days a week they have a prepared gluten-free "take and go" meal that you bake on your own at home for $16.99 for four servings. Many of their sushi varieties are also gluten free (try the "Flying Crabby" and the "Lox, No Bagel" for two great options and are made onsite by a credentialed sushi chef who can answer your questions about every item in the sushi. They also have other "quick foods" in their grab and go sections that are gluten free, such as the Deviled Eggs, Pickles, and Sodas.

They also have a great produce section with no bread over the fruit, so it is all safe to eat. Their alcohol department carries a nice selection of ciders and unique gluten free beers and they often run specials during the month with additional producers. Their meat department is wonderful and their staff can really tell you what is in every product they sell. Their dairy department is full of unique and artisanal products.

The in-store restaurant staff is knowledgeable and can help steer you toward the best options to eat. The menu changes monthly, so I can't recommend anything right now as it will be gone in 27 days.

In terms of issues, I would recommend staying out of the "deli" area as it is right across from an onsite bakery, and it would be hard to guarantee that any of those foods are safe to eat. They bake in the morning, so if you are sensitive I would suggest staying out of the market during those time periods.

Basically, think of this as a very unique market that might not replace my regular grocery store, but is a nice complement to it. It's also a great replacement for "fast food" as sushi and a drink runs under $8.

Grocery store with some GF offerings. They offer a daily prepared dinner "to go" with a different dinner each night. Options change with the seasons it seems but currently 3 of their 7 daily offerings are GF....such as meatloaf and enchiladas. Awesome for quick dinner or save to take for lunch.
