Although they have a few gluten free options, their kitchen is not Celiac friendly. The staff informed me they cannot prepare food to avoid cross-contamination. I hope they consider changing their kitchen methods to accommodate those with Celiac as there are no options in or near Stanley, Idaho.

This little bakery is housed in a log cabin and features delicious sandwiches and wraps for lunch and huge, filling breakfasts. They have GF bread and tortillas, so most of their sandwiches can be made GF. We also had GF oatmeal banana pancakes for breakfast; those were dynamite! There is also GF banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts for sale at the register. The staff seemed to understand GF and was very accommodating. They are only open from mid-May to October. Definitely worth the trip!
