Very grateful for more opportunities for our community of alternative ingredient needers… but this falls short for me.
Flavors are all there (because keto still has flavor) but texture is off on everything I’ve tried. Pizza crust not even so many undercooked spots. I’ve also tried a few of the tarts and I have to say, not a fan. The custard was grainy. Flavorful but off. Bagel was just average…
I am not an expert on sugar alternatives but am with pastry, and gluten free alternatives.
I will continue to try different menu items but I am yet to be impressed or wanting to come back. It is important for us to support our local spots so the community has options, but we should still have standards and expect greatness.
