The owner's daughter has celiacs so they are very knowledgeable. They have gluten free pastas, flatbread pizzas, and other items. The owner said he plans to have a dedicated gluten free menu in the near future. Very good food! Also, they use a dedicated air fryer so they have gf bone in wings! Yum!!!
