Was just there and they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer and I’m beginning to think they never did. Such a let down. Still all the meats, except wings, are safe. Not all the staff are knowledgeable

Lots of gf options and knowledge staff. I was told the salmon was off limits and that the fryer was NOT gluten free. Chili has beer in it as well so avoid that. Delicious brisket though!
