I didn't ask about their other options but the Bánh xèo that was marked as gluten free was delicious. They even had gluten free chive cake as a special. They were careful to make sure I had gluten free food.

The best place to get gluten free noodle soup. They have many choices of ramen and other Asian soups that can be made w GF broth and rice noodles. They have many meat choices and vegan options as well.

They said that almost anything on the menu could be made gluten free. I tried the two items on the menu that were marked GF and they were fantastic.
