I could tell the pizza itself was gluten free since the cheese slid right off of it. It’s a nice gesture to offer gluten free pizza but they need to step their game up as far as presentation, taste and just about everything else.
GF pizza is cooked in its own metal pan so it doesn't touch the pizza peel. Workers are taught to avoid cross-contamination with toppings and pizza cutter. Not the best gf crust in town, but tasty and reliable.
