RUN! SAVE TOUR MONEY AND TIME!
I am disgusted by the experience we had. Took some family out who we hadn’t seen for years, the meal was of course hundreds of dollars so you’d expect decent service but no... She served one person 30 min before the rest of us so we all sat there watching them eat, then they served all but one person, so they got to watch the rest of us eat, then about 40 min later when we were ALL done eating they served the last person. The waitress was new, she argued with one of us about what the menu said, saying they didn’t get a side then after they’d made his food she realized he did in fact get a side and had to take his order again. It was so unenjoyable and embarrassing, I emailed the company to explain how treacherous our first and LAST experience was at this establishment and it’s just shy of a year with no response whatsoever. The food wasn’t anything special either, very bland, very basic, they can’t get orders right and their serving is erratic at best. If you want to get your money’s worth and have a nice meal THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!
Was told to order the chicken dish by manager and it came with rice. She said I had them put the rice in a cup, because I’m not sure rice is gf. I said most rice is, but what’s in it. She said nothing bad, just carrots and soy sauce!
They don't know anything about gluten free but I've successfully eaten the guac bacon burger with no bun and a baked potato multiple times and have not gotten sick. Very good food for everyone else ha.
