Fresh Gf Pasta!! Can be put into any dish. Do call ahead about the fresh gluten free pasta as it takes about 30-40 minutes to make. For celiacs, do specify cross contamination requirements and they are happy to accommodate. I didn't know if any measures were in place already but were really good with my instructions.
