The server was not knowledgeable about gluten free. she gave me "gluten free" suggestions that were absolutely not GF. i ended up getting the lox benedict on their gluten free english muffin with NO hollandaise sauce (not gf). it was very tasty and though im not confident about their gf protocol, i don't feel sick so i believe it was okay.

In addition to celiacs, I have a soy allergy which adds a whole other layer to eating out. They were great in working with me. They use oil that has soy in it on the griddle so they cooked me an egg and cheddar omelette in a separate pan. It was delicious! They do offer gluten free toast option but don’t have a dedicated toaster so I skipped it. I had no issues so would definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Really delish and huge breakfast. So many choices and knowledgeable staff. I got egg whites with their GF English muffin, sausage and hashbrowns. Gulfport is a gem and several GF restaurants.

Breakfast was amazing. They have GF English muffins. The omelette was one of the best I’ve eaten. The server was ver knowledgeable she said her mom has celiacs. She said that they change gloves and clean The area when preparing food.

Please be careful when ordering the gluten free English muffin because they toast them where they they toast all bread so there is a great chance of cross contamination.

Stella's is wonderful! I had the eggs Benedict on a gluten free English muffin and it was heavenly! Excellent service and fun atmosphere in gulf port Florida! Stella served us personally and is more than accommodating for my allergies. :-)
