While the food is excellent, one of our party has Celiac disease and got very sick after dinner. We alerted the server of his severe gluten allergy and they assured us that they use separate fryers and take precautions to ensure no cross-contamination. He had the rice noodle bowl, a spring roll as an appetizer and a Bubble Tea for dessert. We don't know which item made him sick. Although every item he ate was labeled gluten free, something clearly was not GF. I will give three stars because the wait staff seemed to understand the GF issue. There seems to be a cross-contamination problem, however.
