So...very...good! Clearly marked GF, all the meats are GF. They changed gloves, new cutting board and clean knife. Staff was very knowledgeable.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable about what had Gluten and CC. All the meats and the sauces are GF (except for the speciality sauces) sides are clearly marked. Staff changed gloves, got a new cutting board, got a clean knife, even got fresh meat from the back that hadn’t been touched yet. Felt very safe and the food was delicious!
Super yummy BBQ meal. I had the pulled pork with coleslaw and potato salad. The bbq sauce came on the side and was great for dipping. Everything I ate was gluten free and had no adverse reaction. Would definitely go there again when in town.

Their meats are gluten free but the turkey and ribs have a heavy layer of pepper in them. The first time I had chicken, which doesn’t have the pepper. The sides are delicious. They also have some outdoor seating.
Great experience, the staff was very knowledgeable. Got the pulled pork and brisket with a side of coleslaw and beans. Delicious and had no issues.
Talked to the chef personally when ordering. Super friendly. All meat is gluten free and the sauce they give with meal is tomato vinegar mix (not sure about bottled sauces at table). The sides are marked GF on the menu. Best BBQ we’ve ever eaten in US, hands down.
These guys are great and happily change their gloves. All meats are gluten free except the sausage! The bbq sauce is also GF. (They catered an event for me and so I asked tons of questions) The potato salad is some of the best I’ve ever had.
Great bbq. All meats and sauces are gf as the cold side dishes.
Run. Don’t walk. All meats and sauces are GF along with the cold sides. Delicious. And BEST wings I’ve had since being diagnosed. Don’t skip the brisket.
