After ordering and stating it was for a gluten allergy, the long time server looked at me and asked what type of bread we wanted. Not sure if it was cross contact, but I glutened.
No
The staff was very nice, but they only had two gluten free options, which were both pasta with a sauce.
I go here frequently with my non-celiac friends. The waitstaff are great and the coffee is hood, but this restaurant doesn’t really cater to people with food allergies. As a person with celiac disease, the only thing I feel safe eating here is a poached egg and maybe some fruit.
Despite the description of this restaurant, there is no GF menu. There does not seem to be a dedicated GF prep area either.
This could be wrong but I asked the server.
If you have severe allergies / celiac, probably best to avoid this spot.

Delicious! I order here almost everyday. I love their omelettes and their seasoned fries are delicious. I love their buns, too. They are sweet and tasty, a good toast substitute.
