Straightaway Cafe

We stayed near here for a week and went there for lunch. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so they baked my celiac daughter sweet potato wedges. She also had the rice and beans and the hummus with veggies. They were very aware of celiac and more than happy to make her a safe meal. They took great care of her. There were more options she could have had but this is what she chose!

Laid-back pub with country atmosphere and music. Outdoor seating. Great burgers! GFree bread available for the sandwiches. GFree beer, wine and Cider. Staff helpful. Live music usually on weekends. An out-of-the-way location but worth the trip!
