I got a bacon cheeseburger that was divine! The GF bun was so delicious and the cheese fries were fantastic! If we’re ever back in Vegas I will make it a point to eat here again. The service was a little slow—not sure if it was just the night we picked or if that’s a consistent problem. But the server was super nice. They just needed more of them helping out.

They told me out the gate that it would take longer for my order to be done - 20-25 minutes - but it was to clean the grill area to prepare my food. Before our waiter even took our order, he ran to the back to get the cook started on the process. DELICIOUS. I'm stuffed. They actually cooked the patty medium. The bun fell apart as I was eating it, which I find means it's a real gf bun! Absolutely would go again.

Our server Wes was great! Fellow celiac and helped me to know I could have almost everything on the menu except for just a few items. Mexi burger and garlic herb fries were amazing! My no celiac family loved it also!

Awful experience. They were able to accommodate gf for my son - separate fryer for fries. I ordered chicken tender and sweet potato fries. The waiter said my fries could not be made gf because the chicken tenders were not gf. I said can you put them on a separate plate so my son and I can share. Again no. He said do you still want the sweet potato fries and chicken tenders. I said yes. My order came out with regular fries and he says the chicken tender only comes with regular fries. Would have been nice if he said that when I ordered! My son had a burger (gf bun) and enjoyed it.

This is a lettuce entertain you restaurant, and for those of you who don't know, takes gluten free very seriously. Strip Burger offers shakes without Malt, burgers made on Gluten free buns and French fries made in a designated gluten free fryer. There is not a gluten free menu BUT when I asked the hostess, she immediate through out the options as well as gluten free fryer. The waitress was knowledgable too, and when my food was ready, the manager personally brought it to my table and announced it was gluten free. Highly recommend! This place is amazing!!

Just ok… the burger would have been good; however, I found an onion straw under my lettuce wrapped burger. The fries were over cooked. Probably a one time trip.

I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate milkshake. The food was not good, milkshake was okay. The fries came out practically uncooked, and their second attempt wasn’t much better. Service was okay. Very surprised this place has gotten such good ratings.

We went here because it received high ratings on Find Me Gluten Free. It's all outdoors which was hot, but they had fans and misters which made it comfortable. When we went, they were short staffed and told us it would be 30-45 min and took down our name/number. We came back about 35 min later and were seated. The service (for being short staffed) was excellent. There were only a young man and a young woman who were both pleasant and helpful. The young man explained that the hamburgers, or grilled chicken and PLAIN fries (and atomic fries) were the only things GF. I think in other reviews they said they could have the herb fries which I was looking forward to, but the waiter was very confident that they have wheat in the seasoning. They had fresh cut fries which aren't my favorite, but the burger was AMAZING! Great service and great burgers. Dedicated fryer for fries. Wish they had GF onion rings because they smelled and looked so good, but we couldn't have them. Didn't get sick. Food comes out with allergy flags, which made me feel good.

The waitress seemed familiar with celiac and was very assuring and accommodating. Was told there was a dedicated fryer for fries. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger + fries and could tell the bun was GF. Very tasty and the bun was not dry. Both the burger and fries came out with a little “Allergy flag” on a stick. Extra points for the positive confirmation they heard my GF request and cared. No gluten reaction, so I’d say they did things right! :-)

Good burger and good cheese fries. Their milkshakes are NOT safe as of this writing (confirmed with manager) which was a huge letdown as I had eaten here before being dx'd celiac and enjoyed their milkshakes a lot. The server and staff were unsure of what was GF and what was not, leading to some nerves on my part eating there. I did not get sick, so all was well.

Only thing holding back 5 stars here is lack of GF milkshakes.

Very helpful staff. No GF menu and items not marked, but staff knowledgeable about what was safe to order. GF buns available and they have a dedicated fryer. A manager came out to talk with me about one of the ingredients in the drink I’d ordered, and she was researching it on her phone to check its GF status. Very impressive!!! My food arrived with an “allergy” marker, giving me confidence that it was GF.

When I ordered Gluten Free as a lettuce wrapped burger, The staff made an effort to ask if it was an allergy or dietary preference before I even said anything about celiac. My meal came out with a wooden toothpick on it that said allergy. The burger was plenty tasty and I didn’t get sick!!! I didn’t ask about fries, as I ordered a salad that was ok, your typical bar food lettuce tomatoes cucumber salad- and they had a dairy free dressing option :).

We went for late night happy hour and I got the mini burgers/slides with a lettuce wrap. One of the best burgers of my life! The server was so kind and knowledgeable. My order also came with "allergy" toothpicks on them. There is a separate fryer, so I was able to get a side of fries too, which were equally delicious. There are GF buns for the regular burgers, if I'm not mistaken.

The seating is outside on metal chairs so I'm not sure how comfortable it is to be there during the day, but it was the perfect way to end our night!

Had the cheddar bacon burger on a gluten free bun, and an order of the garlic herb fries.

The burger was great, if bland. Could have used more condiments to liven things up. This is my fault for ordering a basic burger however. Everything was clearly marked with allergy flags, and the waitress and bartender were great and made me feel welcome and safe.

The fries were under-salted and I found them to be heavy on the garlic. The dedicated fryer appears to be shared with the Mexican place next door (which is used only for chips at that restaurant) as my fries came out smelling (and tasting) quite strongly of corn, and I found a chip towards the bottom of the thing. Could be a problem if you have a corn allergy, or simply don't like the taste of corn-infused french fries. Joseph James is about the only gluten free pale ale I've truly liked, and I'm disappointed I can't get it out here in NY. Definitely will be back the next time I come to Vegas.
