Absolutely delicious eggs Benedict on gluten free bread! My daughter had gluten free French toast which they did warn that it was not safe for celiacs because they dip in the same batter. She is not as sensitive as me. Nice that they understood and asked. We both feel good hours after eating there. My gluten reactions occur within the hour.
