All tacos are made on corn tortillas, so that reduces the chances of CC. I ate the grilled fish tacos and they were awesome. They’ll flag your order and change their gloves, but all the grilled items are gf and the tortillas are cooked all together, so only corn. The aioli was really good. Everybody feeds the fish next to the water, but fryer is not gf. The woman who answered when I called beforehand said that they have gluten free people come in all the time. Tacos were great.
