Salads are GF, however they do not actually have GF bread. They may have at one point, but they do not currently. Salad are very well done though.

One of the few Subways left in DFW that serves gluten-free bread [Rich's brand] and French Meadow brownies. Server double gloved. And put down 2 bread sheets. Took meat from bottom of pile. Carefully put on toppings. After sauces applied server removed 1 set of gloves to wrap my sandwich. No cross contamination in front of my eyes.

subway has protein bowls now— any salad and toppings with meat option. a tad expensive but finally get to eat at subway when that’s the only option at times

Booo! They had one bun offering for us that was really tasty, but they decided it wasn’t worth their while to offer them anymore (all locations). It’s not worth my while to visit them anymore. :(
