Extremely helpful. As soon as I asked for the gluten free wrap the lady asked if I was coeliac. Once stating I was she instantly changed her gloves and got someone else to serve while she got my wrap and proceeded to take it out the back to make it with all fresh ingredients and in a separate space to avoid cross contamination. The wrap was delicious, very impressed with the service :)

No gluten free bread in this Subway, very disappointing.

Subway has a protein bowl that I get that is filled with lettuce/spinach as the base. Then I fill it with tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, & black olives. The 'meat' in the protein bowl is ham and salami topped with the Subway vinegarette. It's all healthy and safe to eat. I recommend this as well.
