This is the Rapid City location with gluten free bread. You can get a six-inch sandwich. They are wrapped separately. The bread is a little crumbly and is best when toasted.
Some locations offer gluten free bread for sandwiches. Check with your local establishment.
I tried Subway’s new gluten free bread. It was good. It has a slight sweetness to it, but it was fluffy and held up the contents well. It was $1.25 to sub gluten free bread. I’d say worth it.
P.S. make sure to ask employee about cross contamination. He didn’t appear to use any special precautions or ask me any questions. I’m not very sensitive to cross contamination, so it didn’t bother me, but for those whom are, I’d definitely ask.
