Review of Sugar Buzz Bakery & Cafe

Most of the time this place has been ok on GF Friday. But recently they accidentally sold some items as GF that included a non- GF ingredient. When we asked them about the ingredient, one of the baker's (?) was defensive about it, insisting it was GF. Thankfully another employee insisted on checking, and sure enough we were right about it not being GF. We understand mistakes can be made, and people can have a long day, etc. But the attitude about this mistake stunned me. Even after finding that we were right and they had accidentally presented and sold items as GF that were not, the baker with the attitude stayed defensive and offered no apologies. The other employee seemed embarrassed maybe? Still, no big apologies from her either. A little remorse would have been nice. The whole scene was just really strange. In any case, sadly, we don't trust this place anymore.
