Had a wonderful experience at Sugarbacon for brunch a few weeks ago.
I called before going and was assured by the hostess that they can handle gluten free and make the appropriate substitutions as needed.
When we arrived the hostess let us know that the server had already been informed I was GF since it was noted on the reservation. The server came over and walked me through what was safe, and what wasn't safe. If it required a substitution to make safe he made sure we knew. When he brought our food out he made sure that he brought it out instead of the runner that was assisting him, to make sure to let me know that it had been cooked correctly and let me know exactly what steps the kitchen had taken to assure me no cross contamination happened.
