I called to check the menu for GF options and was told by the manager that it was not a safe menu for individuals who are celiac due to cross contamination. I will be choosing an alternate place to dine as a result.
4 only because they don't have separate prep surfaces. We had the endless Korean barbecue. It was amazing. They marinate in GF sauce. And just had to replace one dipping sauce to make the whole thing GF. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and double checked with the chef multiple times that he was cleaning knives ect before preparing additional meat for our table. She is working with her staff to train everyone on GF protocol. If you get a server who is unsure ask for someone else. Or ask if Suji is there. She will take care if you.
Almost the entire menu is gluten-free. The Korean wings are great!
